Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ClickSolveTools (clicksolvetools.com) is operated by TPS Worldwide LLC. TPS Worldwide LLC is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@tpsworldwidellc.net.

This policy explains what data is processed when you visit the site or use a tool, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and the rights you have under laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean TPS Worldwide LLC.

2. What you enter into the tools

Every tool runs in your web browser. Numbers you type, text you paste and files you open (such as PDFs, images, documents and audio) are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we never see them. Some tools download a code library to do their work (see section 5). The library runs in your browser, and your inputs and files are not sent with that download.

Tools that remember your work

A few tools save what you enter in your browser's local storage so it is still there next time: Online Notepad, To-Do List, Habit Tracker, Tally Counter, World Clock, Meal Planner, Focus Timer, Study Timer, Plank Timer, Emoji Picker and Screen Ruler. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and remains until you clear it (for example by clearing this site's data in your browser settings). Our Cookie Policy lists every storage key and what it holds. Anyone who uses the same browser on the same device can see this data, so avoid saving sensitive information on a shared computer.

Microphone and camera

The Audio Recorder and Voice Memo Recorder use your microphone, and the QR Code Reader can use your camera, only after your browser asks for and receives your permission. Recordings and camera images are processed on your device and are not uploaded. A recording leaves your device only if you download or share it yourself.

Text to speech voices

Text to Speech Preview uses the voices your browser provides. Some browsers include online voices (for example, Google voices in Chrome or Microsoft online voices in Edge). If you pick one of these, your browser sends the text to that company to create the audio, under that company's privacy policy. We do not receive the text. To keep the text on your device, choose a voice that is installed on your device.

3. Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives the technical details that every web request carries: your IP address, browser and device details (the user agent), the page requested, the referring page and the time. Cloudflare uses this to deliver pages and to protect the site against attacks and abuse, and may give us aggregated statistics such as the total number of requests. We do not keep our own logs or database of visitors.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service from Google, to learn which tools people use so we can improve them. This is how it works on this site:

• Google's tag loads on every page with storage denied. Shortly after a page loads, the page downloads Google's tag from www.googletagmanager.com. Before the tag loads, the page tells Google that analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization are all denied.
• Before you choose, or if you reject. If you have not made a choice, if you choose Reject, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics storage stays denied. Google Analytics then sets no cookies and stores no identifier on your device. The tag still sends Google a basic cookieless signal that a page was viewed, which includes the page address and browser details such as language and screen size. Google may use these signals in aggregate, without identifiers, for example to estimate overall traffic.
• If you allow analytics. Google Analytics sets its _ga cookies, which give your browser a random, pseudonymous ID, and records the pages you view and when; the tool pages you open; the words you type into the search box on our homepage and the category filters you use there; the site that referred you; your device type, browser, operating system, screen size and language; and an approximate location (such as country, region and city) that Google works out from your IP address. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google Analytics never receives what you type into a tool or the files you open.
• Advertising features stay off. This site always tells Google that advertising storage and ad personalization are denied, and we do not use analytics data for advertising.

Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, and you can block Google Analytics on every website with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

5. Code loaded from other providers

To keep pages fast, some tool pages load open-source code libraries from two public content delivery networks: cdnjs.cloudflare.com (run by Cloudflare) and cdn.jsdelivr.net (jsDelivr). Every page also loads Google's tag from www.googletagmanager.com, as described in section 4. When your browser downloads these files, the provider receives your IP address and browser details, as with any web request, and may log the request under its own privacy policy. The libraries then run in your browser; your inputs and files are not sent to these providers. Our Licenses page lists every library and the tools that use it. Everything else (pages, images, styles and our own scripts) is served from clicksolvetools.com.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We keep this to a minimum:

• cookie_consent (local storage) remembers your cookie choice.
• _ga and _ga_FJW78C729W are Google Analytics cookies, set only after you allow analytics.
• Tools that remember your work use local storage on your device (section 2).
• Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if its protection checks a request.

There are no advertising cookies. The Cookie Policy has the full list with purposes and durations.

7. Advertising

We do not show ads at this time, and no advertising cookies are set. If we decide to add advertising, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy, and ask for any consent the law requires, before any ads appear.

8. If you email us

We have no accounts, newsletters or contact forms. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if your email program includes it, and whatever you write. We use this only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Your message is stored by our email service provider, and we keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes.

9. Purposes and legal bases

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these are the legal bases we rely on under the GDPR:

Data that tools save in your browser's local storage stays on your device at your request. We never receive it.

10. Who receives data

• Google LLC: Google Analytics and Google's tag (privacy policy).
• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and security for clicksolvetools.com, and the cdnjs library network (privacy policy).
• jsDelivr: the cdn.jsdelivr.net library network (privacy policy).
• Our email service provider: messages you send us.
• Authorities: only if the law requires us to disclose information.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

11. International transfers

TPS Worldwide LLC is based in the United States, and Google and Cloudflare process data in the United States and other countries. Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (you can check the official list). jsDelivr serves files from servers around the world, so a request may be handled outside your country.

12. How long data is kept

• Google Analytics: event-level data linked to the pseudonymous ID is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Google's default is 2 months, and the longest setting available to us is 14 months; after that it is deleted automatically. Aggregated reports, such as total visits per page, do not contain the ID and are not affected by this setting. The _ga cookies expire after up to 2 years unless you delete them sooner.
• Request data seen by Cloudflare, jsDelivr and Google when pages and files load is kept by those providers under their own policies.
• Your cookie choice and tool data stay in your browser until you clear them.
• Emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.

13. Your choices and rights

Choices you can make at any time

• Allow or reject analytics with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
• Delete cookies and this site's local storage in your browser settings. When you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops using its cookies from then on; cookies already set may stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (section 14), or use Google's opt-out add-on.

If you are in the EEA or the UK

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it (including use based on legitimate interests), to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work. In the EU, see the list of national authorities; in the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising (we do none of these). We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

How to make a request

Email support@tpsworldwidellc.net with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will reply within one month. Because there are no accounts, we usually cannot link analytics data to a person. If you send us the Google Analytics ID stored in your _ga cookie, we can ask Google to delete the data linked to it. We may ask for information to confirm a request comes from you. Data that tools saved in your browser is under your control, and you can delete it yourself by clearing this site's data.

14. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies and do not show the cookie banner. If you later choose to allow analytics in Cookie settings, we follow that choice. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising, so there is nothing else for the signal to switch off.

The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for how websites should handle them. GPC is the signal we honor.

15. Notice for US state residents

In the past 12 months:

• Categories collected: identifiers (IP address as part of web requests, the pseudonymous Google Analytics ID if you allow analytics, and your email address if you write to us); internet activity (pages viewed, homepage searches and the other interactions described in section 4); approximate location that Google works out from your IP address; and the contents of emails you send us.
• Sources: your browser, and you when you email us.
• Purposes: the purposes listed in section 9.
• Disclosed to: the service providers listed in section 10, for those purposes only.
• Sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising: none. We have not sold or shared personal information, including that of anyone under 16.
• Sensitive personal information: we do not collect it.
• Retention: as described in section 12.

16. Children

ClickSolveTools is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and the UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

17. Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and our security headers limit which outside services a page may contact. Because the tools run in your browser, the safety of what you enter also depends on your own device. On a shared computer, avoid saving sensitive information in tools that remember your work, and clear the site's data when you are done. Our pages link to other websites, such as the official sources we cite; those sites have their own privacy practices.

18. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change, including before we add advertising or any new service that receives visitor data. We will change the "Last updated" date above and note the change below.
