1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of clicksolvetools.com and its tools. The site is operated by TPS Worldwide LLC. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean TPS Worldwide LLC, and "you" means anyone who uses the site. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The service

ClickSolveTools offers free calculators, converters, generators and file tools that run in your web browser. No account is needed. We may add, change, suspend or remove any tool or feature at any time, and we do not promise that the site or any tool will always be available.

3. Who may use the site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site or its results for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else's rights;
  • use generated test data (such as test card numbers, names, addresses or phone numbers) to deceive anyone, commit fraud or pretend to be someone else;
  • remove protection from, or otherwise alter, files that you do not own or are not authorized to change;
  • interfere with the site, try to get around its security, or overload it with automated requests;
  • copy, mirror or frame the site, or present its tools or content as your own.

5. Information, not advice

The tools and articles on this site give general information and estimates for educational purposes. They are not financial, tax, investment, legal, medical, nutritional or other professional advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship with us.

  • Money and tax: results depend on the figures you enter and on assumptions that may not fit your situation. Tax brackets, contribution limits and rates change every year and may not be current in every tool. Check with the official source or a qualified professional before you make a financial decision.
  • Health and fitness: these tools do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor or other qualified health professional about your health. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
  • Conversions and reference data: sizes, exchange rates and similar reference values are approximate. The Currency Exchange Rate Viewer uses fixed reference rates, not live market data.
  • Generated data: test numbers, names, addresses and other generated data are fictional and meant only for testing and design work.

Our Data Sources page lists the formulas and official sources behind the tools. You are responsible for checking any result before you rely on it.

6. Your inputs, files and results

Tools process what you enter and the files you open in your browser; we do not receive them. Keep your own copies of anything important. Work that some tools save in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. What you create with the tools belongs to you, subject to any rights other people have in the material you put in.

7. Our intellectual property

The ClickSolveTools website, including its code, tool implementations, design, text, graphics and logos, is proprietary to TPS Worldwide LLC. All rights reserved. Except for using the site as it is offered to you, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written permission.

The only exception is third-party open-source software that some tools load, which stays under its own license. Our Licenses page lists each library and its license.

8. Trademarks

The ClickSolveTools name and logo belong to TPS Worldwide LLC. Other names appear only to describe what a tool works with. Microsoft and Microsoft Word are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. Pomodoro Technique and Pomodoro are registered trademarks of Francesco Cirillo. Google and Google Analytics are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names are trademarks of their respective owners. ClickSolveTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies or people.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on ClickSolveTools infringes your copyright, email support@tpsworldwidellc.net with "Copyright complaint" in the subject line and include:

  • a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
  • the address (URL) of the page on our site where the material appears;
  • your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We will review every complete complaint, remove or disable material where appropriate, and tell you what we did.

10. Third-party services and links

Some pages load code from outside providers (cdnjs, jsDelivr and Google), and many pages link to other websites, such as the official sources we cite. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY RESULT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TPS WORLDWIDE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS TOOLS, INCLUDING DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THEIR RESULTS.

Some places do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what data is processed when you use the site.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to your use.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

16. General

  • Entire agreement: these terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
  • Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a part of these terms, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
